To facilitate reporting payment times, this app adds a new "Invoice Received Date" field to track the original received date of the invoice on all purchase documents including Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, and Posted Purchase Invoice pages.

Prepare and analyse the payment times with ease

With a click of button, you can generate the payment times entries for reporting and analysis based on information gathered from the invoices and payments. Simply enter the period that you wish to report on the new Payment Times Report page.

Define your payment times buckets

To report how many invoices from small vendors have been paid by each period, this app allows you to define your own custom payment times buckets. These buckets will show the number of payments made within a certain period compared to the total number of invoices from small vendors.
